胡欣珏
一、基本情况
胡欣珏,男,博士,副研究员。2024年获评湖北省楚天学者高层次人才;2022年分别获得加拿大渥太华大学电子与计算机工程专业博士学位,以及北京邮电大学信息与通信工程专业博士学位;2023年1月至今,任职于武汉理工大学智能交通系统研究中心(国家水运安全工程技术研究中心)、水路交通控制全国重点实验室,致力于船舶通信与信息系统、船舶测试虚拟仿真相关领域研究工作;累计发表/已接收SCI外文期刊论文12篇(第一/通讯作者7篇),中文期刊3篇(通讯作者1篇),国际会议论文14篇(第一/通讯作者6篇);受国际图像编码组织JPEG邀请作国际会议特邀报告1项;申请发明专利9项,授权软件著作权6项;主持科技部重点研发计划、工信部高技术船舶项目等纵向子课题2项(国家级),湖北省自然科学基金青年基金1项(省部级);以唯一指导教师身份指导学生获第十二届全国海洋航行器设计与制作大赛全国赛区二等奖1项(省部级)。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Multimedia、IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting、IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement及ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing Communications and Applications等国际期刊审稿人。
